By accessing and using Disney Paris Transfer services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Disney Paris Transfer provides premium transportation services between Paris airports (Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Beauvais) and Disneyland Paris, as well as other destinations in the Paris area.

Our services include:

• Airport to Disneyland Paris transfers
• Hotel to airport transfers
• Private and shared transfer options
• 24/7 customer support
• Professional drivers and comfortable vehicles

3.1 Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Disney Paris Transfer.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking or as agreed upon
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers
• All prices are in Euros unless otherwise specified
• Prices include all taxes and fees unless otherwise stated

4.1 Customer Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
• Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% refund
• No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours: No refund

4.2 Company Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your transfer, we will provide a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

5.1 Pickup and Drop-off

• Drivers will wait up to 60 minutes for airport pickups
• Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes for hotel pickups
• Additional waiting time may incur extra charges

5.2 Luggage Policy

• Standard luggage allowance: 2 large suitcases per passenger
• Excess luggage may require additional vehicle or charges
• Special items (sports equipment, musical instruments) must be declared

Disney Paris Transfer maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles and operations. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the transfer service. We are not responsible for:

• Delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Missed flights or connections due to delays
• Personal belongings left in vehicles
• Indirect or consequential damages

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information
• Being ready at the designated pickup time and location
• Informing us of any flight delays or changes
• Ensuring all passengers have valid travel documents
• Respecting the vehicle and driver

Disney Paris Transfer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
